Welcome aboard, pilgrim! These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) set out the rules—plain and simple—for booking and traveling with Jetway Hajj Group. By confirming any service with us (Hajj, Umrah, visa packages), you’re agreeing to these terms. No fluff, just facts.

 Definitions

• “We” / “Us” / “Our”
  Jetway Hajj Group, Bangladesh-based provider of Hajj, Umrah, and visa-package services.

• “You” / “Pilgrim” / “Client”
  Anyone who books or uses our services.

• “Services”
  All travel-related arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transport, visas, and guidance.

Booking & Confirmation

1. Accuracy Is Key
   You promise all info—names, passport numbers, dates—is correct. Typos lead to delays.

2. Deposit & Payment

   • A non-refundable deposit (usually 30 – 50% of package cost) secures your spot.

   • Balance due no later than 45 days before departure (or as specified).

3. Confirmation
   We’ll send a booking confirmation once we receive your deposit and required docs.

 Price & Payment Terms

• Quoted Price
  Based on current airfare, fuel surcharges, and exchange rates. We lock it in at time of confirmation.

• Taxes & Fees
  Government taxes, visa fees, and service charges are included unless stated otherwise.

• Late Payments
  Missed deadlines may incur a 2% monthly surcharge or cancellation.

Changes & Cancellations

1. By You

   • Up to 60 days before departure: Full refund minus deposit.

   • 59–30 days before: 50% refund.

   • 29–0 days before: No refund.

2. By Us
   If we must cancel (e.g., supplier bankruptcy), you’ll get a full refund or credit toward another trip.

3. Amendments

   • Name changes or itinerary tweaks may incur fees from airlines/hotels.

   • Let us know ASAP; late requests are harder to fulfill.

Passports, Visas & Health

• Passports
  Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.

• Visas
  We process visa applications on your behalf, but ultimate approval is up to Saudi authorities.

• Vaccinations & Health
  You’re responsible for necessary shots and medical checks. Travel insurance with medical coverage is mandatory.

Travel Insurance

You must buy comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage loss. We can recommend providers, but you decide.

Liability & Responsibility

• Our Role
  We arrange and coordinate. We’re not the actual airlines, hotels, or visa‐issuers.

• Limit of Liability
  Our liability is limited to the total amount you paid us, except in cases of gross negligence.

• Force Majeure
  We’re not liable for delays, cancellations or additional costs caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, government action).

Code of Conduct

While on pilgrimage:

• Respect local laws, customs, and religious sites.

• Follow your guide’s instructions—safety first.

• Zero tolerance for harassment or misconduct; such behavior may get you sent home at your own expense.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials is © Jetway Hajj Group. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

 Data Protection

Your privacy matters. We handle your data per our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By booking, you agree to our data practices.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These T&C are governed by Bangladeshi law.

• Any dispute we can’t solve by chat or email will go to the courts of Dhaka.

Amendments to These Terms

We may update these T&C from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top will reflect any change. Continued booking after that date means you accept the new terms.
