China Visa Application Document Checklist
1. General Documents (Required for All Applicants)
- Current Passport with a minimum validity of 7 months, along with previous passports (if available).
- Two recent passport-size photographs (taken within the last 3 months) with a white background (LAB print or high-resolution soft copy).
- Photo Size: 3.5 × 4.5 cm
- Original Bank Statement for the last 7 months, accompanied by a Bank Solvency Certificate, showing a minimum balance of BDT 350,000 (or as required by the respective embassy).
- Copy of National ID (NID).
- English Birth Certificate (for child applicants).
- Marriage Certificate or English Nikahnama (if the spouse's name is not endorsed in the passport).
- Business/Visiting Card (in English), if applicable.
- Confirmed Round-Trip Air Ticket (mandatory for Tourist Visa applications).
2. Professional Documents
Additional supporting documents are required based on the applicant's profession or status.
Business Person
- Trade License (Renewed Copy)
- Certificate of Incorporation (if available)
- Memorandum of Association (pages showing Directors' names)
- Proof of Ownership/Directorship
- Business Visiting Card
- Company Letterhead
Employee
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Employer
- Salary Slips (Last 6 Months) or Salary Certificate
- Employment ID Card Copy
- Official Visiting Card (if available)
Student
- Student ID Card Copy
Retired Person
- Retirement Certificate/Retirement Documents
- Pension Book or Pension-related Documents (if applicable)
Dependent Applicant
- Consent/NOC Letter from Sponsor
- Sponsor's Bank Statement
- Sponsor's Bank Solvency Certificate
Government Employee
- Government Order (GO)
- Note Verbale (for Official/Diplomatic Passport Holders)
Doctor
- BMDC Registration Certificate
Advocate/Lawyer
- Bar Council Certificate
- Advocate Identity Card
Artist / Sportsperson / Freelancer
- Membership or Registration Certificate from the Relevant Association/Organization
- Professional Portfolio or Supporting Documents (if applicable)
Maid / Domestic Worker / Driver

3. Additional Supporting Documents
Applicants are encouraged to submit any relevant supporting documents that strengthen their visa application, including:
- Professional Membership Certificates
- Trade or Chamber Membership
- Club Membership Cards
- Professional Association Certificates
- Any other relevant identification or supporting documents
4. If Sponsored by Friends or Family
- Invitation Letter
- Copy of Sponsor's Passport or Residence Permit
- Proof of Address (Utility Bill, Electricity Bill, Water Bill, etc.)
5. If Sponsored by a Business or Organization
- Invitation Letter
- Sponsorship Letter / Cost Bearer Declaration
- Sponsor's Identification (Passport, Residence Permit, PAN Card, etc., where applicable)
- Company's Bank Statement (Last 6 Months)
- Company's Bank Solvency Certificate
- Business Registration / Trade License / Company Documents
- Income Tax Returns (Last 3 Years), if applicable
